AttachIsoToVmInstance
Attaches an ISO image to a VM instance that is in Running or Stopped state. For
example,

Note:
- When you attach an ISO image to a VM instance in ZStack Cloud, you can specify the target CD-ROM by adding
the cdromUuid option to SystemTags. The SystemTag is passed by
using the cdromUuid parameter.
